 Founder and Executive Director

Jessica Monsell is the founder and Executive Director of ConsumerSense.org. With a distinguished track record as a consumer advocate, Jessica began mediating consumer disputes following a decade of work on behalf of air crash victims at one of the nation's largest plaintiffs' law firms. An active writer and fierce advocate for consumers, she is skilled in identifying injustices and pinpointing solutions to consumer problems. Through her tireless efforts mediating consumer conflicts, she has recovered hundreds of thousands of dollars on behalf of consumers from both U.S. and foreign companies. Before working in the law, Jessica researched the financial markets as an advisor to the French Treasury. She received a Bachelor of Arts in French with a focus on education from Hamilton College and a Master of Arts in French with a focus on government policy from Middlebury College.
